Calling all Monkeys, Circus Junkies, and Movement Seekers:
I invite you into the Upside-Down to challenge ourselves to get vertical! I would love to share with you an intro into Hand Balancing with a foundation in functional bone stacking and safe inversions.
The workshop will consist of:
A Warm Up to ensure our handstand muscles are ready
“Learning the Line” – functional bone stacking
Basic inversions and shapes
All experience levels welcome!
