This year I want to offer a beautiful combination of energetic flowing yoga, with strong held postures, standing poses, and deep stretches. We will use some untraditioanl practices from my training in Shamanism including shaking. My classes focus on weaving meditation through out the physical practice using dristhi (focal points) on chakras and dan tien (energy centres from Daoist practices) and breath work to integrate the physical, mental and emotional elements of practice that give people a tangible sense of the spirit. Expect to feel grounded and lifted at the same time!
